Maintenance knowledge of cold storage equipment 

    1. Regularly check and confirm whether the voltage of the power supply meets the requirements. The voltage of the cold storage should be 380V ± 10% (three-phase four wire). When the cold storage equipment is not used for a long time, the main power supply of the cold storage should be cut off, and it should be ensured that the cold storage equipment is not damp or contaminated by other substances such as dust.

    2. The condenser on the refrigeration unit is easily contaminated and should be cleaned regularly according to the actual situation. To maintain good heat transfer efficiency. Good heat dissipation is essential for cooling. Do not stack debris around the refrigeration unit;

    3. The electrical equipment of Dongguan cold storage equipment should be protected from moisture to prevent electric shock accidents caused by leakage.

    4. The hinges, handles, and locks of Dongguan cold storage doors should be regularly lubricated according to the actual situation.

    5. The maintenance of electrical equipment in cold storage facilities should be carried out by electricians or personnel with knowledge of electricity. Any maintenance must cut off the power supply to ensure safety.

    6. The refrigeration machine has been running

Vibration should be avoided during the process, as it not only increases mechanical wear but also causes loose or broken connecting pipes on the unit. If abnormal noise is found during the operation of the machine, it should be stopped for inspection and eliminated before running again.     8. No debris should be stacked on the top (roof) of the cold storage equipment, otherwise the cold storage panel will deform and affect the insulation performance. Keep the surrounding passages unobstructed. Only by ensuring good heat dissipation can the refrigeration be good. The location of the cold storage should be kept dry, clean, free of flammable and explosive materials, and ensure that there are no safety hazards. Do not stack items in front of the evaporator (leave a certain gap) to avoid affecting the cooling effect.
